Finis Alignment Swim Kickboard

The Alignment Kickboard by Finis is designed as a kicking tool for all swim abililities. Its purpose is to teach and help maintain the swimmer's body alignment while in the water. It features a hand stabilizing strap which allows the hands to be placed directly on the board without having to grip the sides. It is smaller than conventional kickboards which allows it to float a few inches below the water's surface while in use. This allows the swimmer to remain flat in the water rather than swimming "uphill". Using the alignment kickboard will increase leg and body core strength during your aquatic workout.
